As a pioneer in eDiscovery, Glick assists law firms with their strategic discovery planning, leveraging Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to meet the most demanding legal challenges. He has been instrumental in negotiating discovery stipulations within the Rule 26(f) meet and confer process. Glick helps clients establish rational workflows to overcome discovery challenges in Mass Torts and Class Action litigation. Glick’s most recent innovation has created the solution to the most vexing problem in discovery – cost predictability. He has designed an effective program, LexAdvocateTM Plaintiff’s Next Generation Managed Discovery Services, to reduce costs AND render them predictable.
Glick received his law degree from Loyola University Law School, in 1995 and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, Summa Cum Laude, in 1990. Admitted to practice in California and Federal Courts. He is a frequent speaker on cutting edge technology issues and a member of The Sedona Conference.
