Sri comes to ILS with a wealth of experience as a Plaintiffs’ lawyer in mass torts and complex litigation. He has been involved in many large Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Products Liability MDLs, including MDL 2151 (In re: Toyota Motor Corp), MDL 2299 (In re: Actos), MDL 2333 (In re: MI Windows and Doors), MDL 2382 (In re: Emerson Electric Co), and MDL 2391 (In re: Biomet M2A Magnum Hip Implants). He was appointed chair of the Science Committee in MDL 2244 (In Re: DePuy Orthopaedics Pinnacle Hip Implants) and has also appeared and worked on state court proceedings in Louisiana, California, Missouri, New York and New Jersey.
Sri studied European Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and received his JD cum laude from Tulane University Law School, also earning an additional certificate in International and Comparative Law. He maintains an active license to practice law in Louisiana, and lives in Pensacola, Florida with his wife and two children.
