Deborah Jillson

Deborah Jillson is ILS’ Chief Revenue Officer. Deborah will apply a consultative approach to leading her team where teamwork, client service, integrity, professionalism, excellence, and continuous learning are core values. She has delivered consistent success in driving sales and tailored solutions with a keen understanding of clients’ needs; maximizing creative sales opportunities and identifying new markets and working across diverse groups to build buy-in and consensus.

Deborah is a pragmatic mentor who inspires teams to exceed expected results via training, establishing KPIs and career path development. She began her career working for law firms and spent time at Clifford Chance and Milberg Weiss. She has worked for some of the largest legal technology providers including Wolters Kluwer, LexisNexis and Thompson Reuters bringing smaller companies into the fold. Most recently she spent 5 years at Kraft Kennedy building out the Sales team and delivering solid growth year over year. She has had a deep level of experience in legal and financial services IT and that has helped her apply a consultative approach to creating technical solutions.
